Η διδασκαλία αποτελεί μια σημαντική πτυχή της καλλιτεχνικής πορείας της Μυρσίνης Μαργαρίτη. Με πολύχρονη εμπειρία στον χώρο τόσο ως σολίστ όσο και ως καθηγήτρια τραγουδιού, παραδίδει μαθήματα τραγουδιού στα ωδεία:

Ωδείο Κλασσικής και Σύγχρονης Μουσικής

Ορφείο Ωδείο

καθώς και στην Volkshochschule της Γερμανικής Σχολής Αθηνών (σε μορφή σεμιναρίων).

Το μάθημα περιλαμβάνει:

- τεχνική αναπνοής, "στηρίγματος", χρήση διαφράγματος, ορθή σταση και χρήση του σώματος
- σωστή άρθρωση και εκφορά
- τοποθέτηση και ανάπτυξη φωνής
- ερμηνεία ρεπερτορίου όπερας, λιντ, ορατορίου, μιούζικαλ, μπαρόκ κ.α.
- σωστή προφορά
- σκηνική παρουσία

Το μάθημα μπορεί να γίνει στην ελληνική, γερμανική ή αγγλική γλώσσα.
